Jet Gypsum is a gypsum plaster applied by spray machine which is used for plastering of various kinds of construction materials such as bricks, cement blocks, light cement blocks and concrete covered surfaces.
Main advantage of using Jet gypsum is its fast implementation (4 to 5 times more hand applied gypsums), beside this, by using perlite and polymer based compounds in this production, it has advantages of long setting time, light weight, and more sound and heat proof resistance in comparison to ordinary gypsum.
Preparation of Mortar and instructions:
Fill the container of gypsum spray machine with gypsum and water in ratio of 5.5-6 liter of water per each 10 kg bag of gypsum. After mixing of the material by the machine, spray the mixture on the wall and level it after 15 minutes. After 1 hour, moisten the surface with a sponge trowel and finish it with an aluminum or steel trowel.
